The network’s name is REGUS. You can connect without a password but in order to use the internet you need to go to the login page and enter a one-time passcode. If the login page doesn’t load automatically, try to visit example.com in your browser.
Once you have login credentials to the Regus app, the app will autogenerate this one-time passcode for you to copy+paste or type in. If you haven’t received login credentials, please let us know, and in the meantime feel free to ask someone else for the code.
Note: the following one-time code seems to have worked for the past few weeks: 118800358
We have two meeting pods (arriving early June) and one meeting room. You can book a meeting room here.
Our meeting pods accommodate one person at a time, and are designed to host voice and video calls. They’re soundproof, have a built-in fan, and have several charging ports so you can stay in there as long as you need.
You might enjoy getting work done in them, given how quiet they are. However, we want to avoid situations where people are unable to take calls because someone’s doing work in them, so please only use a pod for work when the other pod is also free.
Our meeting room seats 5 people and has a screen to share content. It’s not soundproof, but the glass wall and curtains block a fair amount of sound from traveling.
We have several 4K HDR 32-inch monitors with USB-C and HDMI ports. We have a variety of cables, so your device should be able to connect if it has USB-C, HDMI, or VGA ports.
Some people prefer to use their laptop screen and monitor at the same time, and others prefer to just use the monitor. If you have any issues with your monitor or want help trying out different arrangements, please let us know.
We’re not a quiet space, and our official policy is that you can always talk to others anywhere in the space. To reduce how noisy the space gets, please keep your conversation volume reasonable. And if others around you are talking but you’d like to focus, so we have a collection of Bose 700 noise-cancelling headphones for you to use.
After you’re done using a pair, please go to your computer’s System Preferences > Bluetooth > remove the headphones from the list of remembered devices (on a Mac it’s a little x in a circle). This prevents them from reconnecting to your device when someone else is trying to use them.
We have several Bluetooth keyboards and mice! Most people who only use their monitor (and not their laptop’s screen) use these. We also have adapters, USB-C splitters (e.g. if you have one USB-C port and want to charge your laptop while also connecting it to a monitor), chargers, and several other cables on hand.
We have a few standing desks. You don’t have to use them standing, and they’re quite comfortable while sitting. You can adjust their height to be exactly what’s the most ergonomic for you—whether that’s sitting, standing, kneeling, or something else!
There’s a printer at the reception.

🚽 The restroom in the closest stairwell alternates between male and female on each floor; our floor is male. The restroom by the farthest stairwell (that leads to reception) is all-gender.
🚿 Instead of an all-gender restroom, the second floor has showers next to the farthest stairwell. There’s no booking process and they’re typically unoccupied, so if you have a towel and toiletries feel free to use them whenever you’d like.
